Role Based Access Control (RBAC): Understanding user authorization hierarchies (including Administrator, Standard User, and Guest levels) to enforce data confidentiality, reduce insider risk, and ensure statutory compliance.

Physical Facility Security Zoning: Navigating the access control card system to securely enter designated zones, ranging from General Areas to the Main Building, Annex storage sectors, and high security Server Rooms.

Enterprise Asset Deployment and Care: Operational guidelines, security setups, and care maintenance policies for assigned equipment, including high performance corporate laptops (Dell Latitude, Lenovo ThinkPad, HP EliteBook, and Apple Mac devices), managed corporate smartphones (CUG), Avaya IP phones, and secure office printing networks (Kyocera, Canon, and HP Main/Annex setups).

IT Infrastructure and Service Desk Support: Utilizing the online helpdesk portal and email ticketing systems to report software bugs, request technical configurations, track issue resolutions, and minimize departmental downtime.

Cybersecurity Defense Frameworks: Mandatory standard practices regarding routine software patch updates, robust password construction, proactive threat reporting for phishing attempts, and automated data cloud backups to protect SMA networks from malware and unauthorized access.
This course is designed for employees in the SMA. It is mandatory. All new and existing employees are required to demonstrate competency.
